The Company will use personal information within the scope of the following purposes of use:
(1) Personal information of customers/business partners (in the case of corporations, their officers and employees):
(i) to conduct survey analyses and examinations related to management of real property;
(ii) to search for a counterparty to a purchase/sale transaction and a lease transaction for real property;
(iii) to conduct sales, advertising and promotion, liaison, and execute and perform agreements, for purchase/sale and lease of real property, and agency, brokerage, and other management services and development services therefor; and
(iv) to provide personal information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes set forth in (i) to (iii) above.
(2) Personal information of employees, etc.
(i) to conduct activities to recruit officers and employees (officers, employees, temporary employees, secondees, etc.) of the Company;
(ii) to manage employment and personnel affairs, decide the department to which an employee will be assigned and the duties that an employee will assume, and implement training, capacity building, and work-related programs for employees;
(iii) to decide and pay salaries, etc., perform withholding procedures, provide welfare, and perform social insurance-related procedures;
(iv) to provide health management, ensure an appropriate work environment, and perform procedures for administrative leave, etc., childcare leave, caregiver leave, etc.; and
(v) to perform labor-related procedures required by law.
